Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service, supervise showroom customer service levels and store operations, and assume shift-management duties in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Key duties include processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling outside purchases and special orders, managing returns and refunds, ensuring invoicing before product leaves the store, communicating Zipline messages, delegating merchandising tasks, enforcing schedules, and performing opening/closing/day-end procedures. Strong communication skills and RSS Certification are required; ASE Certification and multilingual capability (Spanish) are desirable.
