Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while managing shifts in the absence of other managers. Responsibilities include supervising customer service, processing orders and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing store opening and closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in languages such as Spanish.
