Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include shift management, leading the store team in customer service, supervising retail showroom service levels, processing orders and returns, managing merchandise invoicing, and ensuring adherence to work schedules. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification; retail experience and automotive knowledge are preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
