Responsibilities include leading store team members, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, and performing store opening/closing duties.

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
