Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role assumes shift management when required and leads team members in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, processing orders, managing retail returns and exchanges, ensuring merchandise is invoiced correctly, and performing store opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates must be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
