Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service, supervise showroom operations, and manage shift coverage in the absence of Assistant or Store Managers. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle retail returns and exchanges, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Execute daily opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing deposits, verifying security alarms, and locking the building.
