Job Summary
Lead store team in delivering outstanding customer service and sales, supervise the retail showroom to execute customer service programs, manage shift coverage in the absence of store leadership, coordinate order processing (buy online/ship to store, transfers, outside purchases), handle returns and invoicing, supervise adherence to schedules and security protocols, and perform store opening/closing duties while ensuring compliance with policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification and multilingual capabilities are valued. The role involves directing team actions to meet store goals and maintaining smooth store operations.
