Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, while managing shifts in their absence. Key responsibilities include leading the team in customer service, supervising service levels, processing orders and returns, managing store opening and closing duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
