Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, overseeing customer service programs, managing store transfers, handling retail customer returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferred experience in retail sales and automotive knowledge.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
