Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations while assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence. Key duties include leading team members in excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing online orders and special purchases, handling returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring merchandise invoicing, and performing store opening/closing tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
