Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with responsibilities including sales, customer service, and store operations. This role involves leading the store team to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient handling of buy online/ship to store processes, managing customer returns and exchanges, and performing store opening and closing duties. Key skills include strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
