Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Manage shift operations by ensuring telephone coverage, processing buy online/ship to store orders, and handling returns and exchanges accurately. Oversee merchandise invoicing, Zipline messages, and Image Maker tasks while enforcing attendance policies and approving schedule deviations. Perform all opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, arming security alarms, and checking delivery vehicles.
