Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role includes shift management responsibilities when needed. Key functions involve leading a team to provide excellent customer service, supervising showroom interactions, processing orders efficiently, handling returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policy for staffing and security tasks. Additionally, candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
