Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for leading store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising service levels in the showroom, and handling shift management in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities include executing customer service programs, processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling special orders and returns, ensuring merchandise are invoiced, communicating messages and merchandising tasks, enforcing work schedules, performing opening/closing duties, securing deposits, and maintaining store operations. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; role emphasizes leadership, operations, and a strong focus on customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Retail sales experience preferred
- ASE Certification desirable
