Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs; manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties, money handling and security, and ensuring accurate invoicing and processing of transfers/shipments; perform shift management in the absence of Store Managers; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; role requires strong communication and may involve coordinating with managers on schedule adherence and store procedures.
