Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team in customer service, sales, and store operations; supervise showroom customer service levels and enforce related programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.); handle store-level duties including answering phones, processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling outside purchases, returns/exchanges, invoicing, and ensuring proper security and daily procedures; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant/Store Manager; ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out; perform opening/closing duties, deposits, and security checks; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
