The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, and store operations, also managing shifts when necessary. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring efficient customer service, processing orders and returns, and performing store opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
