Job Summary
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise customer service levels on the showroom including program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.); manage telephone policy adherence; ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders with customer follow-up on shipment arrivals; handle outside purchases and special orders per procedure using electronic ledger; process returns/exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods; ensure all merchandise including core charges and warranties are invoiced before product leaves the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks; supervise adherence to posted schedules, approvals for deviations, and clock-in/out per policy; perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, bank deposits, security checks, and securing delivery vehicles; perform all other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
