Job Summary
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise customer service levels in the showroom; oversee call handling and sales programs; manage buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchases; process returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks; ensure adherence to posted work schedules, approve deviations, and oversee clock-in/out; perform all store opening/closing duties including cash handling, deposits, security checks, and securing deliveries; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; total compensation package includes benefits and career growth opportunities as described.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Desired: ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
