Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support store management in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising retail showroom standards, managing customer service programs, processing online orders and store transfers, handling customer returns and exchanges, delegating tasks, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates are encouraged to possess strong communication skills and must be able to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual candidates are highly desired, particularly in Spanish.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
