Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service and support store operations, including supervising service levels, handling buy online/ship to store transfers, outside purchases and returns, invoicing, and day-to-day opening/closing duties. Role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and requires ensuring policy-compliant processes, multi-language communication where applicable, and adherence to scheduled hours. Preferred candidates have retail auto-parts experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
Required Qualifications
- RSS Certification
- ASE Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
