Job Summary
Lead store team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales, supervise showroom customer service levels, and oversee store operations including opening/closing duties and shift management in the absence of management. The role emphasizes multilingual communication (Spanish highly desired), coordination of buy online/ship to store and transfers, processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds, invoicing of merchandise, adherence to schedules, and compliance with security procedures. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of orders, coordinating outside purchases and warranties per procedures, delegating merchandising tasks, and maintaining store policies and programs (including related sales and customer service initiatives). The position requires strong communication, potential for leadership in daily operations, and the ability to manage multiple duties around customer service, sales, and store workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
