Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, managing shift responsibilities, processing orders and returns, handling invoicing, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while experience in retail sales, automotive knowledge, and ASE Certification are preferred.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
