Retail Service Specialist

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Key responsibilities include leading team members in providing excellent service, supervising customer service programs, managing store operations including opening and closing duties, processing customer orders and returns efficiently, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with additional preferred qualifications in retail sales, automotive knowledge, and bilingual proficiency.
