Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, with shift-management responsibilities during absence of management. Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service, supervise service levels and merchandising programs, manage returns/exchanges and invoicing, ensure timely processing of transfers and orders, and perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
