Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and oversee processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and external orders; manage returns, exchanges, and invoicing before product leaves the store; ensure proper handling of core charges, warranties, and merchandising tasks; enforce adherence to schedules, daily opening/closing procedures, and security protocols; handle day-to-day operations with emphasis on communication, bilingual support (Spanish encouraged), and delivering a positive customer experience; role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and delegation of tasks such as Zipline messaging and merchandising assignments; desired ASE Certification and retail auto-parts knowledge are noted as assets.
