Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations while managing shifts in their absence. Responsibilities include leading excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, and ensuring timely processing of orders. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferred qualifications including retail sales experience in auto parts and ASE Certification.
