Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist responsible for leading store team in delivering exceptional customer service, supervising showroom operations, and performing shift management in the absence of store leadership. Role includes ensuring timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, coordinating merchandising tasks, and enforcing store opening/closing procedures and security measures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Desirable qualifications include experience in auto parts retail, ASE Certification, and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly desired). This role supports a full spectrum of store operations and customer service programs and offers growth opportunities within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
