Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising execution on customer service programs, managing telephone communications, processing orders and returns efficiently, and performing store opening/closing duties. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with preferred qualifications including retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and ASE Certification. Candidates fluent in Spanish are highly desired.
