Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, managing customer returns and exchanges, processing orders, supervising team members, and performing opening/closing duties. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with an emphasis on retail sales experience and automotive knowledge being preferred.
