Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, and will assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Responsibilities include supervising customer service for retail and professional customers; ensuring proper execution of customer service programs; handling buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; processing returns and exchanges; invoicing merchandise including core charges and warranties; communicating Zipline messages and delegating merchandising tasks; ensuring adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures; performing store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and securing deposits; and other duties as assigned. Preferred: Retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive systems knowledge, ASE certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
