Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist is responsible for leading store team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing online orders, managing customer returns, and performing store opening and closing duties. This role includes shift management responsibilities in the absence of management. Required skills include strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and fluency in multiple languages.
