Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom; manage shift responsibilities in the absence of higher management; ensure proper processing of buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and other order types; handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing; delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules; perform opening/closing duties, including cash handling, deposits, and security checks.
