Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include leading store team members in customer service, supervising customer service levels, managing retail showroom processes, handling merchandise returns and exchanges, and performing opening/closing duties. Strong communication skills and an ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with preferred qualifications including retail sales experience and automotive knowledge.
