Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations while assuming shift management duties when necessary. Responsibilities include supervising customer service programs, processing online orders and customer exchanges, invoicing merchandise, managing team scheduling, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications feature retail sales experience and automotive knowledge.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
