Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, and locking doors and alarms. Manage shift operations in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
