Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, and store operations, while also assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
