Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the showroom, ensuring team execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying money deposits, securing the building, and arming security alarms. Ensure team members adhere to posted schedules and clock in/out according to policy. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and operations, with shift management responsibilities in their absence. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
