Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, with shift-management responsibilities in the absence of management. Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, supervise showroom service levels, process related sales activities (buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, outside purchases), handle returns and exchanges, ensure accurate invoicing and proper handling of core charges and warranties, and manage daily cash handling and security procedures. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE Certification and RSS Certification are desired.
