Retail Service Specialist

Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, while also assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence. Key responsibilities include leading the store team to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns, invoicing merchandise, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with desired qualifications including retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual proficiency.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
