Retail Service Specialist

Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, assuming shift management responsibilities when necessary. This role involves leading the store team to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of transactions including buy online/ship to store and special orders, and managing all store opening and closing duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, while retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive repair knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in Spanish are desired.
