Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while also taking on shift management responsibilities. Essential functions include leading team members in customer service, supervising showroom service levels, processing orders and returns accurately, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding scheduling and safety procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required, with a preference for candidates possessing retail sales experience or automotive knowledge.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
