Job Summary
Lead store team in customer service and sales to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers. Supervise showroom customer-service execution, manage shift coverage in the absence of management, and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and related orders. Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise, including core charges and warranties. Communicate Zipline messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and ensure adherence to posted schedules. Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and oversee security procedures and delivery-vehicle security. Bilingual candidates encouraged; strong communication and multi-tasking abilities required.
