Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, managing special orders, processing returns and exchanges, and performing store opening/closing duties. Skills required include strong communication abilities and the capability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include experience in retail sales, automotive knowledge, and proficiency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
