Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations while assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. The role involves leading the store team in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, processing orders and returns efficiently, and supervising team schedules and compliance with company policies. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while experience in retail sales and automotive-related knowledge is preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
