Job Summary
Lead store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Oversees retail showroom customer service programs, handles daily store operations, and performs shift-management duties in the absence of store leadership. Responsibilities include processing buy online/ship to store and transfers, handling outside purchases and special orders, managing returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise before shipment, communicating merchandising tasks, enforcing posted schedules, and completing opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Skills/experience desired include retail sales experience (preferably in auto parts), automotive system knowledge, ASE Certification, and multilingual ability (Spanish highly desired).
