Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and delegate merchandising tasks. Perform store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, verifying deposits, securing the building, and managing delivery vehicles. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
