Retail Service Specialist

The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, and may assume shift management in the absence of management. Responsibilities include leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service, managing customer interactions and programs, handling buy online/ship to store and transfers, processing outside purchases and returns, ensuring accurate invoicing before product leaves the store, and performing opening/closing duties and money handling per policy. The role requires strong communication, potential bilingual ability (Spanish encouraged), and may involve ASE Certification and knowledge of automotive systems. The position emphasizes team leadership, adherence to schedules, and maintaining store standards.
