Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges with correct refund methods. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of supervisors, enforce work schedule adherence, and perform all opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, bank deposits, and security checks. Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that Zipline messages and merchandising tasks are completed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
