Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day-end procedures, securing money and deposits, locking doors, and arming security alarms.
